Payment
Payment is due in full at time of order.
Delivery
• Dispatch time is between 1 - 2 business days.
• UK delivery - Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 working days.
• USA delivery - will be sent by Royal Mail. Delivery should take between 5-9 days from date of posting.
Original Artwork
• Dispatch time is between 1 - 3 working days.
• Delivery - will need to be signed for.
• Original artwork is posted separately to other purchases made at the same time to keep it safe.
Please make sure you check your full shipping address. This will help to make sure your Playful Stories products arrive directly to you without unnecessary delays.
PACKAGING
All greeting cards and postcards come in a cellophane pocket to keep them clean. They will be posted in a hard backed envelope. A3 prints have a backing card inside the cellophane pocket as well as being posted in a hard backed envelope to keep them flat during delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on both postage costs and packaging costs.
