Your Soul in my Jewelry

10 years ago I discovered the world of tiny little sparkly beads and a perfect use of them as well as for my need to create beautiful and unique things in jewellery. Jewellery creates a beautiful space where art means purpose and usefulness, where you can bring beauty and expression into your everyday life. It all started with beads, but in time, looking for lighter and more delicate means to create I started to introduce other embroidery techniques in my jewellery. And that is when Plumaria was born. Plumaria in Latin means 1.- embroidered and 2. - embellished with feathers. This name perfectly reflects both techniques I am using and also what inspires me - nature.

So, if you are looking for nature-inspired art to wear, want to show the world what your most loved animal is, retrace the memory of a night walk in Amsterdam or Paris on your bracelet or simply find a warm and thoughtful gift for a friend or a loved one, then you have come to the right place. My jewellery will bring a bit of art into your life, a smile to your face and will take you back to your happy place - this is where it takes me where I work on it, stitch by stitch.

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return or replace it, I will be happy to do so. Please note, however, that I cannot refund your shipping cost. I want you to be 100 % happy with your purchase, so you can change your mind within 30 days of reception of goods. Please note that all returns must be made using REGISTERED mail and items must be returned to me in their ORIGINAL, undamaged condition. I will issue your refund as soon as I receive the goods back. Thank you for your understanding!

Please make your payment within 5 working days. If you do not, the transaction will be cancelled an item re-listed.

Please note VAT is not included in the price, you may also have to pay custom duties is you are based outside of EU.
Delivery
All my items are shipped using registered mail and you will receive a tracking number with shipment note. Delivery times vary for different countries, but you will be able to check your delivery status with the tracking number provided. I always ship within 1-2 business days, so you should not wait for your purchase too long!

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and customs fees that may apply.

2. How soon can you ship my jewellery?
My leadtime for ready to ship items is 1-3 business days, however I usually send your jewellery next working day.
3. Can you ship my order via unregistered mail, which is cheaper than your delivery option?
No, all the jewellery I make takes a long time to make and I wouldn't be able to send you a replacement quickly if the item got lost. Registered mail offers transparency and piece of mind, which I value a lot.
