I am more than happy to accept, design and make custom orders - all I need is picture references and a description of what you're after, and I will work with you to make your costume dreams come true!

For some items (e.g. hoods, mittens), I will need body measurements (as specified in the listing) so I can be sure to make it fit you perfectly!
For my boots/feetpaws I will need to be sent footwear to work on to ensure that they are comfy for you.
For my fur legs I will need a duct tape cast of your legs for the same reason.
For my hoodies, please refer to the size chart included in the photo section of my hoodie listings before buying.
For my ears and tails, the sizes are provided in the descriptions and illustrated in the photos.
If you would like any alternative sizes that are not currently listed for any of my items, just let me know and I'll see what I can do to accommodate you! ^.^

None of my items containing faux fur are machine washable - if necessary wipe with a damp cloth and hang to dry.
If your faux fur becomes matted, simply brush it gently with a hairbrush or comb, and it will look good as new!
Please take care not to bend any horns or antlers as this may cause both structural and aesthetic damage.
For any of my light up/glowing items, please be very careful not to pull at or break any of the cables.

I package all of my items safely, securely and thoroughly. I recycle as much packaging as possible from my own purchases, and only ever buy recycled, biodegradable packaging as I care very much about the environment!

Please message me for availability on bulk orders for any of my items. I can sometimes offer a small discount and/or freebies for large orders.

Generally I cannot accept any sort of payment plan - I require payment of the full price of an item upfront before I begin making it.
However, if you were planning on buying more than one item (such as in a set), each item could be paid for and made individually.

If you need your item faster than my estimated delivery times, please don't hesitate to contact me with your deadline and I'll see what I can do!
My fast track service may not always be available depending on the size and nature of the order, and how busy I am at the time.
The fast track fee can change depending on the size and nature of an order, how busy I am and how soon it is needed by. :)

I charge a small fee for creating custom designs, which is included in the final price of the custom order. The size of the fee depends on how long it will take me to draw up a design.
It is very important that you give me clear and specific instructions and design details - if a detail is particularly important to you, make sure you specify as such, and that I have it correct in my design before I start making.
Any alterations to the design before or after I have begun making your order could result in an additional fee.
I retain the rights to any and all designs or items I make unless clearly stated otherwise.

If you have a deadline for receiving your order, please let me know with either a message or by leaving a note with your order. If you do not inform me of your deadline and the item is dispatched within my stated dispatch by date, but arrives after your deadline, I will not issue any refunds.
If I have been informed of a deadline and said I can meet it, I will dispatch your set using a shipping method which claims it will arrive in time. Once I have dispatched your item, it is in the hands of the delivery service, and I cannot be held responsible for any delays on their part.

The thickness of my tails is generally decided by the length of the tail and the animal it is modelled after. For perky tails, the minimum thickness is 7" circumference at the base.

Here's a rough guide to the thickness of my tails based on the length of tail and animal portrayed:
20" Long Tails:
Cat - 7"
Fox/Squirrel/Wolf - 10"
30" Long Tails:
Cat - 7"
Fox/Squirrel/Wolf - 12"
40" Long Tails:
Cat - 10"
Fox/Squirrel/Wolf - 15"
60" Long Tails:
Cat - 18"
Fox/Squirrel/Wolf - 20"

Please note, all of these measurements are approximate, and the final product will only be accurate to within an inch or two. Some of my tails deviate from these sizes (may say extra thick), if you are in any doubt about a tail or require a specific size, message me!
