About

The tale of the woman, the designer and the mother

There once was a girl with a big imagination who would spend hours writing and drawing in her bedroom. Her dolls would have extraordinary adventures, she would give herself a pen name, make collages of her favourite books and keep it all secretly hidden under her bed.

As this girl grew up, she wanted to find her art. So she learnt about art history, graphic design, fashion and illustration. She would never settle for one thing but explore the world. She became a graphic designer, hoping that she would be able to express herself that way. And for years that worked.

Until she welcomed her first daughter, and she wanted more of it. She wanted to tell her own stories and use her own voice. So she created Pompom du Monde. She didn't know about it at first. There were capes for grown-ups then came the desire for mini ones too. There were lots of sewing patterns, birthday invites and paint pots around the house. But deep down the mother knew there was more to do, but she had to take a step into the unknown.

My name is Pascaline. I am a designer, a mom and a wife. I am the founder of Pompom du Monde and despite launching in 2018, I feel like this brand has been with me all my life, only hidden in my imagination. Now I welcome you in my creative universe and I hope that you will enjoy the magic within.

Whatever I do, it's the words of the customers that allow me to feel that the magic works. So the review from Marta feel so precious to me, as would do yours.

Frequently asked questions
Why does it take so long to receive my order?

I know, waiting for something exciting can feel like years! I work very hard to get your order designed and printed as quickly as I can. But it's also very important for me that everything is done properly.

After I design your product – which can take a few days with amends – I will have to send it to print. So it's impossible for me to design and send the finished custom order to you in less than 5 days (except for PDF only).

All listings have a their own shipping time, so make sure that you check it before placing an order. If you need it quickly, ask me before ordering and I will tell you if I can do it.

Are your products customisable?

Yes, most listings on my shop are customisable. Even for finished product, I can always create a special listing for you if you want a different style.

And if you can't find the style of your dreams, we can work it out with a bespoke design.

I have received my order and spotted an error, what can I do?

The 3 proofs that I send to you throughout the process are very important. You should re-read your content even if it has been checked before.

Once the last proof has been validated and sent to print, you will be responsible for the cost of a reprint if you spot an error. However, if it hasn't been sent to print or if the print can be stopped, I will correct it and send you an extra proof free of charge.

Do you speak another language? Can you design in another language?

Yes, I am French so I can easily design in English and in French. I also know a little bit of Italian.

I can design in any language that uses the alphabet, but some fonts may not have all the characters and accents used in your language. If that's the case, I will provide you with an alternative font.

Please take extra care when checking your proofs for typos.
