The customer gives us a one star review after one minute after placing the order for a custom work. The files she received were the automatic response from Etsy with the general files. We did customize the design and sent it to the customer after 10 minutes and promised that they would revize the review, but they never did.

5 out of 5 starsFiles were sent super fast, great quality after printing, and customized to my preference. :) The princesses have a little more pastel look to them, which I loved! Seller recommended getting the book file printed on vinyl then mounting on foam board.
