Karen made me a bespoke witch ball for protection in my favourite colour (yellow). I messaged Karen to ask if she could help and the truth is she could not have been more helpful. I felt like I was really involved in the planning process. The messages from Karen were helpful and informative as she explained what all the contents were for. Before Karen posted the witch ball, she sent me pictures from different angles to ensure I was 100% happy before posting it. When the witch ball arrived, it was so beautifully packed and included was a spell bottle for money. I loved the packaging so much I’ve kept it all! Also included was instructions for the witch ball.
