1 out of 5 starsThere were a number of issues - getting access, locked out of template, and problems after it was supposed to be moved over to my account on Canva. In the end, the seller didn't help much except to keep sending the same failed URL. I had to prompt her repeatedly and in the end she acted like I was bothering her. I asked for a refund, wasted 6 days and have no template to use. I dislike leaving negative feedback, but an online seller has a responsibility to help you access a purchase, even if a digital item.

Thanks for sharing, I am sorry for your experience. However, I did try helping you the best i could.I shared a new link when you message me saying it wasn’t working correctly, which you later mentioned worked and started editing it, I later offered on sharing a different template for free for the trouble that day. However, 6 days later it denied you access in your Canva account. In this case I think the problem was with your Canva account since I hadn’t had that problem before with any other buyer,and the link I shared was a Template link, so you automatically become the owner of the file once you open it. I mentioned that maybe trying on a different Canva account, but you said that you had already worked on the template,so I proceeded on accepting your refund request once you requested it.
