I always aim to package your item to ensure it finds its new home. However Breakages occasionally may happen during shipping. As the Customer you must report any breakages within 14 days of receipt with pictures of your item and packaging, i will then work with you to negotiate a replacement option.

Where breakages happen while in the home after safe receipt of the item I cannot refund or replace the item, pottery breaks sometimes and every little tap or knock can contribute to the breakage if it happens and where items stick out (such as handles and details) they are at higher risk of breaking so please handle your pottery with care and hopefully this can be avoided.

Dishwashing and microwaves are not recommended. Most of my pottery is made with earthenware clay and low fire glazes, meaning they are slightly more fragile then stoneware. Where I also add decorative pieces and shapes that stick out to complete the look (ie cow horns, handles, mushrooms etc…) these are delicate and should be handled with care to avoid damage, these items are perhaps decorative and functional on special occasions.

Sadly returns are not accepted unless faulty but we do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your order. To express an issue with your item please let us know with pictures within 14 of receiving your purchase.

All digital downloads are subject to copyright law and any design can be used for personal or small business use for a maximum of 500 prints. If you wish to produce items in larger quantities we would love to hear from you and discuss licensing.

Redistribution of files or designs is strictly prohibited.

I do concern myself with the environment and try to limit wastage by reusing packaging, using recycled and environmentally friendly materials and recycle all my failed projects wherever possible. You may receive your package in labelled boxes and reused bubble wrap but his is all part of ensuring it doesn’t go to landfill.
