In the unlikely event that this will happen, please contact us immediately (no longer than within 3 days of delivery).

We will require photographic evidence of both the damage to the parcel and the item itself as part of the claims process.

Courier will attempt to deliver twice. If you miss both attempts and don't contact them to rearrange your delivery, your parcel will be taken back to the depot and then returned to us after 3 days. We will deduct £20 from your refund to cover the cost of return.

Goods can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued up to the point of dispatch (excluding any custom products or limited offer products).
Once you have received a confirmation email to say your goods have been shipped you will be required to follow the returns process in order to return your goods.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Yes and your chosen Safeplace should be a secure, weatherproof area of the property, that is out of sight and easily accessible for delivery company. Please note that if you choose that option that you are taking responsibility for the safety of the item in that place.

All UK orders are dispatched via Parcelforce or Hermes.

We use tracked delivery service to deliver our products-they will deliver your item Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please include your email and mobile number at a checkout ("add a note to Premiumwoodencrates" box) to receive full tracking details. Parcelforce deliveries can be re-scheduled, but delivery will only be attempted twice.
