Welcome to Prezzely, thank you for paying us a visit.

Prezzely was started by me in 2015, originally as a personalised gift company (my first sale was a Christmas Eve Box) selling filled and unfilled gift boxes. Before I started the company I was a wedding stationer for 6 years so as time has gone on and the company has evolved I have found weddings creeping back in more and more, as it's just what I know and love! I do also now have a couple of helpers during busy periods.

I work from a studio in my garden in Nottingham and have now 10 years experience working with brides. I'm adding more and more products to the shop and expanding my best selling robe selection so if you don't find what you are looking for today, please pop back in the future.

Welcome to the Prezzely Etsy page! We specialise in personalised gifts and extras for your wedding day. Most of the products in our shop are personalised and all are created in our studio.

Whether you are looking for an etched glass, personalised bridal party robe or first home gift, we hope you can find something in our shop that you love.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
The majority of our products are personalised and therefore cannot be returned. We have lots of pictures of our products to make our products as clear as possible and if you have any questions or concerns then please contact us before placing your order to ensure you will be happy with the final product. Please also check our sizing carefully, especially with clothing items as we are unable to accept returns on personalised clothing.

For non personalised items in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your items you must inform us within 7 days in writing (i.e. by email or post). If you return items to us for a full refund, this must be done within 21 days from the purchase date of such goods and they must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging. We do not refund delivery charges. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Please send returns to Prezzely, 72 Horsendale Avenue, Nuthall, Nottingham, NG16 1AN.

Prezzely does not accept liability for lost parcels but will endeavour to claim back the cost from Royal Mail or the Courier. We will also attempt to replace your lost items or issue you a refund however, work will not commence until the recommended delivery times have passed.

What to do if your item has been damaged in the post.
We're sorry your purchase hasn't arrived in good condition. Please contact us straight away if you item has been damaged. We will require pictures of how your parcel has arrived (i.e. the outer packaging) and the broken items and no refund or replacement will be given without photographs. Please take care opening your parcel if your order contains glass.
Payment
You can order using a credit/debit card, PayPal or Etsy payments. Etsy process our payments for us so we are only notified of your order once payment has been made. If you are struggling to purchase something please contact us.

I have made a mistake with my order, what should I do?
We strongly recommend that you check the spellings/wording carefully before placing your order, but in the event that you have made an error please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item has been printed, etched or engraved you cannot change the wording. We try to check for any common errors, but we do not proof read and check everything for spelling or grammatical mistakes so please do check everything carefully.

If you notice a spelling mistake after you have received your item, unfortunately you cannot return the item and it will not be replaced unless the error has been made by us.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by you. The delivery address may differ from your billing address and we do provide an option to deliver directly to the recipient of your gift. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received so please check this carefully when ordering.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timescale we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances out of our control which may cause a delay including acts of god, industrial action and adverse weather. If your order does not arrive within 28 days or your order and you have not notified us then Prezzely will not accept any responsibility for missing items after this time.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.

The majority of items are sent via Royal Mail. The estimated delivery time of first class parcels is 1-2 working days and second class is 2-3 working days. These are not guaranteed services and are not trackable. If you have not received your items within these timescales please check with your local sorting office even if you have not had a calling card before contacting us. Royal Mail specify maximum timescales for their delivery services and an item is not considered lost until after these dates as follows:
First Class – 10 working days from the date of posting.
Second Class – 14 working dats from the date of posting.
We do keep proof of posting but Prezzely will not consider a parcel as lost and will not look to replace items until after these timeframes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
For international orders, we send most things via Royal Mail tracked and signed postage. For larger orders or rush orders we may use UPS or FEDEX or an alternative courier service depending on what country the delivery is to be made. We will provide you with the tracking number when your order is shipped.

Whilst we try to ship everything in a timely manner we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs hold ups as the item enters the country. We are also not responsible for any additions charges made by revenues and customs or any import duties so please check carefully whether these may apply before making your purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED TO US.
If you are not in at the time delivery is attempted, you will need to contact Royal Mail/USPS or your local delivery service to rearrange delivery. Please note that Royal Mail returns items not collected within 18 days back to the original sender. We cannot accept responsibility for items being returned to us and you will need to pay postage again to have the item shipped back out.

For international orders, we will provide you with the tracking number for your parcel so the responsibility is yours to either inform us or check the tracking if the parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame. This is usually 1-2 weeks for international orders.

**Refunds will not be given in the event a package is returned to us.**

FAQ's

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we do offer custom orders but there may be an additional charge depending on how much work may be involved in creating your order. The wording on most of our products can be changed but please contact us first to discuss this before placing your order. We cannot always offer custom orders during busy periods so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
We may be able to offer wholesale orders on some of our products but this may not apply on personalised items. We do not currently offer a drop shipping service. If you would like to discuss ordering on a wholesale basis please feel free to contact us.

Guarantees.
Some of our products are made using wood and glass and care should be taken when looking after these products, our boxes are made from sturdy board but care should be taken if filling them with heavy items. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer guarantees on our items. We take no responsibility for broken glasses, stained chopping boards, clothing shrunk in the wash or any other damage caused when using our products.
Privacy
Prezzely will only collect basic personal data about you.
This will include your name, email address and postal details.
This is because we need some personal data to be able to process your order.
We will not use your information for any purpose other than discussing and completing your order with you.

We will need to keep copies of your order for a minimum of 6 years for HMRC purposes. Your information will never be sold or given to any third parties with the exception of entering your information into courier or Royal Mail services. Messages and emails discussing your order will be kept for a maximum of 6 months on an encrypted server, to ensure your privacy and so we have all information to hand in case of a problem with your order. After this time all messages will be deleted.
