I have just taken the lamp out of the customs office. Unfortunately, I had to pay 19% tax. But this does not diminish my enjoyment of the product. The lamp looks really great and will be a great Christmas present. Thanks to the seller!

Great product as a house warming present for a car guy! Only thing I would suggest is better packaging for shipping as the product was received damaged, but the seller was great in getting it fixed!

So far I have not received this article. Update: a solution to the problem is in sight. The seller is probably not to blame for the delay. Update 2: The seller has paid the majority of the additional expenses on goodwill. Thank you for the quick problem resolution.

This wall mount helmet rack made by Ed at PrideAndJoyUA is awesome - exactly as pictured, the distressed wood grain looks great and the mount is very sturdy. This is a very high quality piece, extremely unique and very well-made. Ed was extremely helpful in providing tracking information and reaching out to notify when the item was shipped. Note, this ships from the Ukraine. Shipping around the US holiday timeframe (mid-December), it took about 3 weeks from the time it was shipped to be delivered to me in the US, which wasn’t too unexpected during the holiday season.

The cost of the Spanish douane was huge, like 45% of the cost of the lamp extra..... but the lamp is amazing, so happy with it. Really different and great quality. 100% satisfied with my purchase.

This review is long overdue. I had left a message asking if anyone might be able to help with making a replica of a lamp I truly wanted but it was no longer available @ the store. I knew it was probably a long shot asking if anyone would be willing to take on the job & yet I had just posted that request & in no time@all Ed Kosituk from pride&joy workshop quickly replied saying that he would be able to take on my request. Once he simply saw the picture we didn't have to exchange a numerous # of questions. . Honestly if you need a project to be handled Ed from Pride&Joy work shop is your go to man. I smile just about every time I look at the lamp. .Thank you Ed for taking on my request for such an odd item you outstanded all that I ever expected from my request

Want to say big thank you to Pride&Joy for such a great craftsmanship and quality of the floor lamp made to my specific requirements. This lamp made safe journey to London and made great addition to my study interior. If you are looking for an exclusive product to add character to your interior I would definitely recommend these talented guys to do a job.
