Yes, but the package must be unopened and stay in its original packaging. Specifically, headbands and earrings cannot be refunded if the package is opened due to hygiene reasons. In some cases, only the cost of item will be refundable and not the shipping cost.

For UK customers, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class which is usually delivered within 48 hours of posting anyway. You can however select the special delivery option which is tracked and usually arrives before 1pm the day after dispatch.

Unfortunately this is exceedingly difficult to predict.

Generally, orders to the UK take about 1 week (1-3 days to make the item & 1-3 working days for postage).

Orders to the rest of the world usually take 1-2 weeks (1-3 days to make the item & 5-10 working days for shipping).

These are obviously just estimates and not guarantees. Check your tracking information for the most up to date information about where your parcel is. If you need your item sooner select the express shipping option.

If you know there are delays in postage in your country then please take this into account when placing your order.

All items are made with PLA plastic which is a thermoplastic made from corn and sugar cane. As such it is vulnerable to high temperatures so do not leave anything ordered from my store outside in the sun for too long, on a heater or radiator, in a hot car or anywhere else that gets very warm such as a conservatory.

Most orders come gift wrapped as standard. The wide variety of customisation options on the items in the store means we do not offer a personalised note in the order. If you put such a message in the 'note to seller' section it will not be included. This section is for any important additional information relating directly to the order, any customisations or delivery information. You can request custom work on any of the items in the store.

We use a variety of recycled and new packaging. All items are packed carefully and with sufficient protection to make its journey from my workshop to you. It might not always look pretty on the outside, but the beautiful gift inside will more than make up for it!
