Because every Produce Pals Studio item is made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly work with our production partner to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Why does my order take a few days to ship?
Every Produce Pals Studio item is made especially for you after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on creating thoughtful, small-batch collections rather than keeping large inventories.
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Are your products really tested?
Yes!
Before adding products to our collection, we order samples whenever possible and use them ourselves. If something doesn't meet our standards, we don't sell it.
Will my order look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent every product using real product photography whenever possible. Because every monitor and mobile screen displays colors a little differently, slight variations in color may occur.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but every order is carefully prepared and ready to brighten someone's day.
Do you create limited collections?
Yes!
Produce Pals Studio releases small seasonal collections inspired by nostalgia, cozy moments, and beautifully weird ideas. Some designs may retire once a collection ends.
