I love adding Harris Tweed to accessories. Here, I am cutting out shapes ready to add to a felt scarf.

Proggy and Tweed mascot and chief supervisor, Mabel, keeps an eye on me and likes to see what's going on.

Felting is my passion. It has so many possibilities. The whole process is very absorbing and so much fun!
I learned to knit when I was 3 with yellow needles and red wool and haven't stopped learning since. I can't remember a time when I didn't make things for my teddy, dolls, myself, friends and family - then word of mouth customers! I did that for a long time around other work commitments before deciding to sell online and open my Etsy shop.
I love all the colours and textures of wool, whether fibre, yarn or woven. Colours and textures from the natural environment inspire me, and I love experimenting with different techniques.
My passion is wet felting and I am currently working on a vibrant collection of wet and nuno felted accessories to wear and for the home. All my work is to my own design and I am happy to discuss commissions.
I regularly exhibit at fairs in Central Scotland and with Scottish Felters, and love to meet customers in person.
I work from my home studio in Perthshire, where I live with my husband Greg, dog Mabel and cats Daisy and Rufus. I'm never happier than when I'm in my workroom, supervised by Mabel, up to my elbows in wool!

Greg, sometimes known as Mr. Proggy and Tweed
Assistant, Driver And Roadie
I help Kim in whatever way she asks - even if I would rather be fishing! I put up shelves, make frames for her proggy work, let her pin things to me and am her roadie for craft fairs. I am also her biggest fan!

Mabel
Mascot And Supervisor
I keep Kim company, make her smile and get more likes on Facebook than anything she makes! I keep telling her to make dog treats instead of woolly things but she never listens. I like food, walks, soft toys and cuddles - oh, and more food!
