Hi there ETSY Shoppers, welcome to PulltheOtherThread. My passion is to be creative and I love being able to share the items I craft with the World. I can't make something I have no interest in, so all items you see here are made with love and joy. If you see something, but it's not quite what your looking for, drop me a message and I would be delighted to try to work with you in realising the perfect piece for you.

Payment Methods: Currently I accept payment through PayPal only. I can except cancellations of any orders not dispatched. If you wish to cancel any part of your order, please contact me immediately.

Items will be shipped using standard post, unless otherwise stated. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method, please contact me.
Please allow 1-3 days for shipping for standard items. Dispatch times of custom made items will vary.
Please allow 14 days for delivery in the EU and up to 30 days elsewhere.
If the item is a gift and you wish to sent it directly to the recipient, please ensure that their address is supplied in the delivery section during your order. You can add a note to the recipient in this step also. If you wish to discuss any additional ideas for your gift, please contact me.
