About Purely Peaceful
*To keep Purely Peaceful's (PP) carbon footprint as small as possible and honour PP's commitment to the planet, PP only delivers within the UK, the Republic of Ireland and islands surrounding the UK/ROI.
Purely Peaceful's Roots:
Purely Peaceful is born from a deeply personal journey of healing and heritage. Founded by author, activist, humanitarian at heart and PhD student Cindy Baxter, the business is rooted in her lineage as a direct descendant of Robert John Cazenave Peace.
Having overcome personal and generational hardships, Cindy made a conscious choice to break negative generational cycles. Now she is actively reclaiming and standing for the true meaning of the English Peace family surname.
Purpose:
In a chaotic world, finding your inner sanctuary is essential. Purely Peaceful (PP) is here to help you cultivate that quiet space. PP curates sustainably made, eco-friendly candles and soaps designed to bring comfort and tranquillity to your daily rituals. To inspire your daily routines, PP also offers t-shirts, tote bags, and an original Book of Peace Aphorisms written by Cindy Baxter. These words and products serve as gentle, wearable, and usable reminders that peace is a practice we can choose every single day.
Vision:
PP is a small business with a global goal. A core part of PP's purpose and mission is to generate the resources needed to officially re-launch the British International Peace Society as a registered charity one day. Each purchase you make directly supports this vision, helping PP to fund a lasting legacy of global unity and goodwill. Please visit https://internationalpeacesociety.org.uk to view the online Peace Blog! PP also frequently donates a portion of the business proceeds to registered charities as this is an integral part of PP's mission to help bring more peace into the world. PP believes strongly in supporting other registered charities who are already doing incredible, vital, important work.
Thank you for standing with PP, breaking boundaries, and bringing more peace into the world.
*General Notes:
Purely Peaceful only ships to customers within the United Kingdom (UK), the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and surrounding islands (i.e. The Hebrides, the Orkney Islands, the Shetland Islands, the Isles of Sicily, the Isle of Wight, Anglesey, Rathlin Island, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey). The reason for this choice is because our world is currently in an ecological crisis including the climate emergency and as such PP is committed to keeping carbon emissions to an absolute minimum.
PP's primary business operation is selling handmade candles and soaps, but PP does also sell some print-on-demand products and The Book of Peace Aphorisms.
In future PP may also extend to selling to customers in France out of respect for the distant French ancestry of Robert John Cazenave Peace (Cazenave is a French surname), however at present PP will only sell and deliver to customers in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland due to the ecological crisis including the climate emergency.
