All International orders are shipped Air Mail via the Royal Mail International service and are trackable.
Please note any taxes, customs or additional postage charges are to be paid by the customer.
In the event that a package is undeliverable to the address provided by the customer and is in turn returned to Unicorn Garden Crystals, I will contact the customer to determine whether they would like me to attempt redelivery. If this is the case, the additional shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer.
If the item is no longer required or I do not receive a response, I will refund the purchase minus shipping costs already incurred.
