Is the Tracking available?
Standard Shipping (the one automatically selected when you place an order) doesn't have it.
However, there are a few shipping Up-grade options. Here follows a list with the details of every method/upgrade available!

It's the Economy (cheapest) option, for regular mails.
There's NO tracking number included, so monitoring services are NOT available. Insurance is NOT included.
It's the slowest and the most unsafe~

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Should I pay a second shipping if my pack is returned to you?

Yes, Quirkory is not responsible for additional shipping charges if packages are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names/addresses or any different reason.

Moreover, Quirkory is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored.
Please double check your SHIPPING ADDRESS when checking out!

What do I do if my package isn't arrived?

Usually, your package is most likely in transit.
If you chose Standard Shipping, please bear in mind that is slower than the Express Shipping! All you have to do, is being a little more patient and waiting. We're not responsible of delays in shipment or if the package go lost, however we can gladly try to assist you!
Packages can also be stopped/slowed by Customs, and that would be out of our control.

Please contact us here on Etsy only after 6-8 weeks from the ship date!

Will I be refunded if the package go lost in transit?

No. As said, Quirkory is not responsible if the courier companies/postal services loose it.

The Standard (cheapest) Shipping method is the most unsafe~

The Premium (tracked and insured) Shipping method, is the only one that ensures you a refund in case of loss or damages.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations (except returns for EU customers who contact us within 14 days from delivery).
It applies to everything in the shop, preorders included. Purchases are definitive, so please read listings, FAQs and our policy carefully before completing your orders!

Do you have grading standards for pins?

We do have some particular pins with grading scales, but we generally don't sort them in specific categories. They are handmade, so they can't be perfect/flawless! According to our personal opinion, minor imperfections/flaws don't affect on the beauty of the item (even if it's for collecting purpose), but they make it unique instead!
However, (when grading scales are not shown for that specific item) we always try to send the best quality products possible.

How Eco-friendly are you?

All our sitckers and backing cards are handmade by us. So, the paper we chose is from responisble sources, 100% sustainable and recycled (FSC® certified), Chlorine free and CO2 neutral. We hate wastage, so sometimes you could get some backing cards with cosmetic imperfections to which we wanted to give a chance and don't simply throw away!

We're trying to move towards green and sustenaible means more and more, reducing the use of plastics.

Will I get my goodies on time for Christmas or any Holiday event?

Unfortunately we can't assure that, there's always a variable delivery cut-off! Please bear in mind that delivery dates are not guaranteed and delays (caused by postal service/carrier, high turnout, bad weather, etc.) may always occur. ESPECIALLY during holiday seasons, which are the busiest periods of the year!

International (esp. overseas) packages are also subject to customs inspections, so they can be slowed/stopped by them depending on your country's regulations.

Is Tracking available?

Not all the Shipping methods have it! As for now we're able to offer the Tracking only with certain methods.
