Frequently asked questions
How will my order be shipped?
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. Upgrades to 1st class signed for are available at check out. All other orders are shipped using Royal Mail international tracked and signed for.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
All made to order items will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks. All other items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. If you need anything sooner please get in touch and I will do everything I can to get your order to you ASAP.
Will my order arrive in a gift box?
All RR Designs jewellery will arrive in a jewellery box without a price so it is ready to give as a gift!
What is your jewellery made from?
All RR Designs jewellery is made from sterling silver comprising of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper and is suitable for sensitive skin.
How do I care for my jewellery?
When not being worn sterling silver jewellery should be kept in an air tight container or bag. To keep the finish for longer avoid contact with perfume, lotion etc. and if needed clean with a silver polishing cloth.
