Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are carefully packaged to arrive safely in sturdy carboard packages.
Bubble wrap and plastic packaging are recycled from my own stash.
Delivery
Miniatures are sent:
UK - Special Delivery.
Everywhere else - International Tracked and Signed.
For international deliveries, please note that other countries may charge customs fees. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
RachelAHinds is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders are paid up front and due to the extra time involved will cost a little more than a regular listing (to be discussed when ordering). A photo of the finished painting will be sent to approve the work before posting. Once posted, there will be no exchanges or refunds.
