Water Bottle Care Instructions:
Hand wash bottle only in warm soapy water.
Do not soak.
Do not put the main bottle in the dishwasher. The top spout section can be be put in the dishwasher.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase after 14 days of receiving your order then please get in touch so that we can discuss options regarding refund and exchanges. I will always try my very best to resolve any issues you may have regarding your order.
Personalised items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
Return postage is to be paid by the customer unless faulty. For faulty items return postage will be reimbursed for the same method of shipping as originally sent. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
