About ReflectwithRaksha
Bullet journalling and mindful living
I believe in using the power of mindfulness, to alleviate our troubles and create a sense of calm and fulfilment. Journalling is an opportunity to pause, and sink into moments of mindfulness. In these moments you can clear your mind, be present and reconnect with yourself.
Being a creative on YouTube and Instagram led me to open this shop; to provide tools to support journalling and mindfulness.
My first product was the wheel of life stencil. I love the wheel of life/level 10 exercise for finding balance and creating a life that feels fulfilling. I was keen to help others complete this reflection exercise without having to worry about using a compass or protractor. The circles and triangles can of course be drawn by eye, but I love that the stencil creates perfect and equal segments.
Since then, I've produced candles and more stencils to support mindfulness, journalling and reflection. I design and 3D print all of my stencils from my studio at home and share more on how to use them on my YouTube channel, blog and Instagram.
