I am so sorry you had this horrible experience with the heat press image transfer you ordered from me. You have been issued a refund. I apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused. While this has not happened before, I certainly do not want this to happen again to anyone else, so, I have removed the decals from my shop. Thank you.
