NEW SHOP COMING SOON!
Working in the Ribble Valley in the Yorkshire Dales, lifelong crafter and recycler Charlotte, and her husband Sam, create their unique pieces using a range of environmentally friendly processes, including botanical printing. They source materials that have already had at least one life, and transform them for a second.
Sam works mainly in wood, having been taught by his father, Jack, a skilled wood carver. Charlotte's textile and other creations often incorporate botanical prints. Having originally trained as a chemist, she uses a variety of processes to extract the natural colours from the plants around her, to leave sometimes bold and sometimes ethereal impressions on paper, fabric and ceramics.
