Even better than I had hoped! My partner thinks it's really cool and we're going to frame it: it captures Sandwich Terns perfectly. Thank you (and for the messages) - a pleasure to buy from!

This card is superb. The artist has captured the scene beautifully. Great contact with the vendor. The card was excellently well packed.

Stunning, bold strokes of ink seem ready to lift off the card in flight. Simple, striking, beautiful.
Richard Lindsay creates artworks in a range of media ranging from large oil paintings to small woodcuts and scraperboard works, mainly focusing on landscapes and natural subjects. He is also a photographer who uses photography to help open the eyes of the viewer to see, understand and appreciate often-overlooked elements of the world around us - even, for example, on the commute to work. This focus on the environment reflects his other area of activities, namely wetland conservation and wise use, particularly the conservation and wise use of peatlands, a theme running through much, though by no means all, of his current professional writing.
A month spent in Brittany living on a boat the size of a small wardrobe features in his personal writing, together with a series of poems written while stuck on a great many delayed commuter trains - entitled 'Poems of Love, Blood and Death'... Various books are in the process of being assembled through 'Blurb Publishing' and should be available through this site, Blurb and possibly Amazon in due course.
This store is one trading arm of the wider-ranging Richard Lindsay Arts and Letters site, which has much more material. There is also a Facebook page on which the latest 'What the Commuter Didn't See' and other images are posted.
Instantprint prints the poster to their standard size of 40 inch x 30 inch and delivers direct to the customer.
