Welcome! All the prints for sale in this shop are original, fine art, handmade prints.

I live in a valley surrounded by woods and am inspired by the trees around me, as well as by the moorland of Dartmoor and by the other wonderful printmakers I work with.

The prints here are made from blocks of lino or vinyl, which is carved by hand to leave the image in relief. This is inked, paper is placed on top and it is passed through a press to make the print.

I use heavyweight paper, usually 250gsm Somerset, and Caligo safewash inks.

If there is anything you would like to ask please don't hesitate to contact me.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your item please contact me by conversation through Etsy, or email me, and return the item to me within 30 days. I will give you a refund if it is packaged and returned in the original condition. Buyer pays return shipping. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as I cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return transit.

Bear in mind that the colours of the print you see on your computer may vary slightly to the actual colour of the print, and that each print is handmade, so there are also likely to be variations within a limited edition.

If your item gets damaged or lost in the post, please get in touch with me. If it is an editioned print, I may have an identical, or almost identical, print to send as a replacement. If it is one of a kind, I may have something similar or you may choose to have a refund.

If your print has been damaged in the post I will need you to send the item back to me (or, at the very least, email a very clear photograph of the damage) before I will be able to replace or refund.

I would also need to chase up the post office and leave sufficient time before I can be sure that the item really is lost in the post. Only then will I be able to replace or refund.
Payment
You can pay by Paypal and I ship your purchase as soon as I can after the payment is received - often immediately, and at most within two days.

If you live in the UK I can also accept a cheque and will ship once it clears.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact me immediately. If I've already shipped it, I can refund your payment once you have returned the item in its original condition.
Delivery
I will post your item loosely rolled and carefully wrapped in a large and strong tube, or sandwiched between strong card, within a few days of receipt of your order.

I will post to the address you give. If your purchase is a gift for someone, please give the address you want it to go to. If you want me to include a card with a message from you, let me know and I will do so.

Everything is posted from the UK, so if you're overseas please be aware it may take time to arrive.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
