5 out of 5 starsI bought this for someone else and now I’m disappointed that I have to give it to them rather than keep it

About RichardThomasThings
Poet and illustrator looking for the weird in everything.
Hi, I'm Richard, a poet and illustrator living in Plymouth, UK.
I'm generally amused by the surreal/abstract/absurd in the every day, and I try to reflect that in my work where possible.
My poetry and haiku have been published internationally in a bunch of publications, including Tears in the Fence, Orbis, and Presence. I have two collections of poetry: The Strangest Thankyou (2012) and Zygote Poems (2015), both published by Cultured Llama. I have also edited and co-edited the creative publications: Symmetry Pebbles, INK, Tribe, and Thief. I wrote articles and interviews for Tribe Media, too. In 2014, I graduated from Plymouth University with a BA (Hons) in Creative Writing.
Writing was always my main source of creativity. However, over the years I've got more and more into visual art, and particularly, illustration - just doodling for my own entertainment. It's only recently that I've felt I've honed a style of my own and have wanted to share it with the world. With my shop, I plan to sell my poetry and illustration individually, but also to find ways to combine the two.
