About

Mother & Daughter Crafting Happiness

We are a mother (Kim) and daughter (Claire) team, working together to create various homemade items, all made with love and care. Claire has been interested in many different crafts and hobbies from a very young age and is always looking for new things to learn, while Kim found her creative side later in life after suffering a brain haemorrhage in 2013, the long and slow recovery forced her to slow down from her previous busy life as a Medical Education Manager in the NHS and allowed her to discover new sides of herself with Claire’s help and support.

In 2015 Kim became disabled due to arthritis and a prolapsed disc in her back and was unable to continue in her role in the NHS and Claire became her Carer. Many different crafts and hobbies helped us maintain a positive outlook and through this our shop was born.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We hope that your order will arrive safely and that you will be happy with your purchase but if this is not the case for any reason then please contact us and we will try to help in any way we can to resolve any issue.

We are happy to refund any items that you aren’t entirely happy with, if contacted within 14 days of delivery and in their original condition. Please contact prior to returning the item and please note the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.

Personalised or custom orders can not be returned unless an error is made on your order.

Please note orders cannot be cancelled once posted.
Delivery
Items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail International Standard Delivery (this could take around 5-7 working days to arrive depending on location), if you require an alternative delivery method please contact for a quote.

Please note that for international shipping, any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items will be sent to the address provided with your Etsy account, please ensure this is correct or if you wish the item to be sent to an alternative address then please add this in the ‘Notes To Seller’ section at checkout. If your purchase is returned to me due to an error in the address provided, then you will be charged postage costs again before I can resend the item.

If you would like to add insurance to the postage, please message to discuss. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, however, should this occur we will do everything we can to follow up with the Post Office and work with you to try and resolve this.

Postage and packaging costs are accurate to the best of our knowledge but if there is a significant difference between the cost charged and the actual cost then we will offer a refund for the difference.

All items are handmade and therefore may be subject to slight variations or imperfections on occasion. Please be aware that due to differences in lighting and computer monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the photographs on the listing.

Please note some products may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard and care should be taken with young children.

All items are made with love and care in a smoke-free home.
