No a Tracking Number will not come with your order. This is to help sale my buyer money and only a small handing fee will be added to all products no more the $2

I see I can make my bonnet Adjustable But how?
Adjustable Options are on many listings but their might be a few that do not have that Options.
If this is the case just send me a Text email or message about the color and I will make a new listing with that color and the two options being the size and Adjustable Options.
My bonnet is tight and leaves an indent in my forehead?
All bonnets are made with new elastic that has never been used or broken in. Therefor if your bonnet fits snag then you have ordered the right fitting bonnet.
A simple fix to break in your bonnet would be put your Bonnet over one end of your pillow for a few hours.
This would help to relax the elastic for the perfect fit, another awesome Options would be to add the Adjustable Options to your bonnet.
Why do it take so long to ship out?
Do to my pricing being so low and so many orders from word of Mouth my lead time has become longer. I make all bonnets by hand myself and out of my 12 hour work day making bonnets I can not make 100% of all orders that comes in daily.
I am so very, very greatful to sell on so many sites like Amazon,ebay,etsy,facebook and a few others, also to local salons personal clients and wholesale.
So to help any one who would like their order rushed (Line Jump). I have added the option to jump over all orders and have your order made and shipped out
with my next out bound shipment. You would see this option at at checkout but will seen be a listing in which you can ad it to your order very soon.
How do your returned or exchanged policies works?
Intimate items Can Not be returned or exchanged (for health/hygiene reasons) All bonnets fall under health/hygiene and are Intimate item.
All others returns will be inspected with the feedback from the buyer then disposed of.
My bonnets are personal items similar the undergarment.
And also if any one might have a problem in-with the wrong size was ordered aside from hair bonnets and shower caps.
Please follow the steps listed.
1. Message me
2. Send your item back with a pre paid Return shipping label inside your package. Also place your order Information within your return.
3. Track and followup with me 5-7 days after you have shipped your order to me.
4. I will confirm I have your item and ship out your replacement.
