Hello,Linda, I hope you’re doing well, and thank you so much for your order and posted a good review . Each cup is carefully handmade from ceramic: shaped, dried, painted, glazed, and fired at 1300°C for 2–3 days. The process usually takes about a week. Sometimes small surprises happen during firing, like cracks, air bubbles, or color variations. To make sure you receive a perfect cup, I will always remake it if needed, which may take a little extra time. I really appreciate your understanding! If you order from me again, I’ll make it faster and offer you a special discount. Thank you!

It is made to order so you do have to wait on it (mentioning if you’re trying to buy a quick gift), but it is well worth the wait. Good communication, let me know how it was going and when it was shipped. No complaints from me.
