My original order cracked during firing. Ros was fabulous with her comms and asked whether I could await a new item or would a refund be required. I advised that I could wait, and that the item was very much wanted as my mum has Parkinsons, and this was the only double handled mug I had seen that didn't look 'special needs'. I believe from our subsequent comms that Ros loved the new role for her creation. The care and love she poured in to this item has paid dividends. Mum loves it and I see from social media, so do many other 'watchers' of her work. Ros' comms were outstanding and she went above and beyond. The mug is beautiful. I highly recommend Ros, her work & her work ethic. Much love xx

All the pieces are food safe and dishwasher safe, although better to wash by hand to protect them. They are made from white stoneware, decorated with underglaze and then glazed with a lead-free, food-safe glaze. They are fired in an electric kiln.
