Ethically and environmentally friendly providing handmade items for your order.

I’m a graphic designer who also loves to get creative using my sewing and embroidery machines. I believe in ethical trade and being environmentally friendly. I love selling on Etsy. It’s joyful to carefully make each item especially for you. Even after hundreds of orders, I still get excited to send each one out all around the world. From America right across the globe to Australia, it’s a wonderful feeling to be sending every item on its little journey to your home. Every order is very important for small businesses on Etsy so, on behalf of all sellers, I’d like to thank you very much for your custom that enables us to continue providing you with our unique services.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
Lost or Damaged:
We ensure all items are packaged as securely as possible and suggest using a tracked shipping for expensive items or overseas shipping. We always like happy customers so if, in the rare occasion, your item is lost or damaged on arrival please get in contact with a photo of the damaged item and we’ll organise a refund for the cost of the item or send a replacement to you.

Unwanted items:
If, for any reason, you decide you no longer want your item, you may return it to us in it's original condition for a refund of the item. Personalised or damaged items will not be refunded. A refund will only be issued once we have received the item.
If you wish to cancel an order, cancelations are only accepted before the item has been dispatched for non-personalised items and before order is marked as "In Progress" for personalised items. All orders cancelled after dispatch will need to be returned to us in the original condition and postage charges will still apply.
We always try to list our shipping costs accurately; however, if we find that you have paid more than you should, we will refund any overpayments back to you.


Please be aware. We are a UK based company. Items purchased outside of the UK may be subject to tax charges upon arrival. Please check with your local authorities or postal service for more information on possible additional charges.
