Hello and welcome to Ruby and the Rabbit. I'm Chloe, I personally add all your personalisations to our stationery and home products and will send you a mock up for your approval before going to print so please keep an eye on your Etsy messages.
If I don't hear from you within 72 hours your order will go to the printers but it would be great to hear back from you sooner so that you can receive your order as soon as possible.
Our printables are mostly instant downloads that you edit yourself online, so no need to wait for any customisation. You'll recieve a link in an email to edit your file after your purchase.
Personalised family trees and birth stat designs currently have a 3-5 day turnaround time, usually you'll receive them much sooner.
Custom orders are welcome so if you can't find what you're looking for just send me a message or custom order request.

Payment
For instant downloads your files will be available to download from Etsy after your payment has cleared.
For all other items payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Delivery
Custom orders such as photo banners, name additions or colour amendments will be emailed to your registered Etsy email address in 2-3 business days, often much sooner.
If you have another email address you would like the files sent to please let me know in the message to seller.

Printed colours may vary from one computer screen to another, one printer to another and even with different types or brands of paper and ink and also with the choice of printer settings. Ruby and the Rabbit is not responsible for the resulting color variations.
All designs are copyright of Ruby and the Rabbit and are strictly for PERSONAL use only. (i.e. printing at home an unlimited amount of times for your own personal use). The digital files and finished products must NOT be re-sold, shared, given away, altered or be made available to download online., nor used to make logos or images for websites. No commercial use.
