Size Tolerances
Due to high-temperature digital printing processes, minor size variations of approximately ±1–2% may occur.
Thickness
Our rugs have a thickness ranging from 3 to 5 mm, providing both durability and comfortable everyday use.
Care Instructions
Machine wash at 30°C without wringing. Our rugs are made with non-toxic, eco-friendly materials and are free from carcinogens and shedding. They are hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and suitable for year-round use, making them easy to care for and maintain.

Rugs can be made to your exact measurements upon request — just share the size you need.

Returns & Exchanges
As all products are made to order, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect, damage, or a shipping-related issue. Each item is carefully inspected through strict quality control before dispatch. Your satisfaction is always a priority, so please feel free to reach out if you experience any problems with your order.
