To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly.
If you provide me with the personal data of third parties (sending something as gift), you shall be responsible for having informed them and obtained their consent for using their personal information.

The processing of your personal data is necessary to deliver the order to you.

I store your data as long as Etsy makes them available on the Seller Platform.

I will use your personal data to manage your queries, to handle complaints and warranty matters for products and technical support matters through e-mail, Etsy messages and through social media.
I will process any information you provide to me, including the following: name, email address, postal address, purchase history, payment history, previous communication with me
The processing of your personal data is based on my legitimate interest and I store your data for five years.

If you subscribe to my newsletter I will use your personal data to send you discounts and offers, information surveys and invitations through email.
I will process following categories of personal information: name, email address
which newsletter you opened, what links you clicked
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent, and I will keep them until you withdraw your consent. You can opt out from the newsletter by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in my newsletters.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances. Such partners are logistics, delivery and delivery service providers, customer service providers, financial organisations, anti-fraud organisations, technology providers and google analytics. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

*** Delivery service providers ***
I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
These are Royal Mail and My Hermes (in UK)

*** Financial service providers ***
If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law. Such company is PayPal (Paypal.com)

*** Compliance with laws ***

RE: Google analytics

Etsy provides sellers with the ability to use Google Analytics to record and analyse anonymised, aggregate data on our visitors, where they came from and their behaviour in our store.

This is used to improve your experience at Little Bone Collector.
