The envelope was also excellent quality. The seller personalised the sentiment on the front exactly as requested. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again.

Louise is the person behind the gorgeous artwork in the Art Deco Style section of my shop. Her style is so appealing and different to my art and I wanted to share it with you. Luckily for us, Louise whole heartedly agreed.
Shop policies
All of my prints, cards and albums are designed with Love and Care by Me. I want you to enjoy your visit here and that you are tempted by what you find and that you will return again and again.
All of the items here in my shop include:
1) Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please let me know and I will do what I can for you.
2) All custom orders will be fulfilled within two working days, usually sooner. Once complete a draft copy will be sent to you for your approval. Once approved I will email your order to you using the email address filed with Etsy.
If you would like a custom print, please read all of the information given with each listing, then you will then know what information I need to create your order.
If you need to send me a photo, please send it to me as a high resolution file.
If you have any questions, please, just ask.

Once your payment has been accepted you will be able to download your print or, if you are placing a custom order, I can start to create it. Any questions, please ask.
Delivery
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS - Will be dispatched within 24 hours and will be sent by tracked and signed for by Royal Mail.
I SHIP WORLDWIDE - Delivery times are dependant on your country's postal service.
COVID-19 PANDEMIC - International deliveries are all over the place at the moment and delivery times are unpredictable.
Deliveries to the USA are taking between 2 and 6 weeks, Canada 3 to 9 weeks, Australia 3 to 9 weeks. Despite all of this, nothing has failed to arrive.
INSTANT DOWNLOADS - are available to you once your payment has been received. You DO NOT RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PRINT. Your print is a digital file for you to print yourself.

If more than two hours have passed since your order was placed please contact me as soon as possible to hopefully stop me from shipping it.

Frequently asked questions
What paper do you use for your prints, greeting cards and notecards
I only use the best high quality materials for everything I sell in my shop.
PRINTS are printed onto a high quality slightly textured fine art paper. The weight is 300gsm or more. It is a lovely heavyweight card.
GREETING CARDS - Are all made with a high quality 300gsm smooth or textured base (depending on the card design). All images used are printed onto a high quality fine art paper 210gsm - 300gsm. The paper used depends on the image I am printing.
Most are layered (the image is printed onto the fine art paper and applied to the top of the base.
All have an ultra smooth insert for your message.
NOTECARDS - Are printed onto a 250gsm ultra smooth matt fine art paper. These notecards cards are beautiful.
Can I have a different size print than the size you have listed.
Almost always yes.
I have a fabulous Canon professional printer and so I make all of my own prints.
If you would like a size not listed, please ask.
I can print any image up to 12x18inches.
If you would like a larger size or a canvas print I can offer you a digital file for you to arrange your own printing.
Am I limited to buying a Jpeg file If I buy a digital download.
No, if you wish, I can send you a .psd, or a .png file, or both. Just message me.
