Frequently asked questions
Can I alter your design in any way?
I offer a bespoke design service and most of my designs can be adapted for free. Fonts, colours, layout and artwork can all be altered. If you are looking for an entirely custom design there may be a small charge depending upon the work time involved. Eg) custom maps
Can I cancel my order and obtain a refund?
Yes, of course. If no work has started on proofs you can cancel your order and obtain a full refund. If you would like to cancel your order after proofs have been issued there is a charge of £5 per proof (£15 for trifold cards, order of service and table plans).
