Hi there! So you'd like to know a little bit about my Esty store, do you? :)

Well let's see, I finished university and worked as a Graphic designer for a few years, before I finally got the courage to leave the rat-race behind and start out on my own.

I started my stationery business in the summer of 2012, with a aim to create beautiful but affordable personalised stationery for weddings, holidays and birthdays etc.

All my products are designed & made in the UK using recycled card & paper.
Current Processing times are 7-14 working days (from acceptance of digital proof/s) & 1-3 working days UK delivery, or 5-25 working days for International delivery.

Card, envelope, ink & embellishment colours can be changed at no extra charge.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
To cancel or return goods (except personalised items), please contact us directly.

You legally have 14 days (after receiving your item) to return it for a refund (customer pays return postage, please keep all proof of delivery or send tracked). Once your item has been received by us (and is in undamaged/unused condition) we will refund the item cost (minus the original postage fee) within 14 days.

- PERSONALISED/CUSTOM ITEMS -

Due to the nature of personalised products we are unable to cancel or offer a refund once you have approved your final digital proofs and your order has been printed.

It is extremely important to point out any errors, layout & design changes during the customer controlled PDF proofing process BEFORE giving the final go-ahead to print. We cannot offer any sort of refund or compensation for any misspellings found after your stationery has been printed as it is your responsibility to check/scrutinise your digital proofs.

Items which arrive damaged will be replaced or refunded (please provide photographs).

Once you have received your item/s please check your order and report any damage, errors or missing parts within 14 working days to discuss an exchange, reprint or refund. We always require proof of damage so we may make a claim with our courier on your behalf.

Errors (printed items) if reported within 14 days from receipt will be reprinted and posted immediately.

No refund (full or partial) can be given for late delivery (especially if a standard postage method is used). Delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail's estimations and not STNStationery's. Once an item has been dispatched we have no control over the speed delivery. If you need an item in a hurry, please get in touch for a guaranteed delivery method such as 'Special Delivery' (UK customers), 'Airsure' or 'Global Express' (for International customers) - mentioned in detail above.

If outside of England, please check with your local post office for restrictions on envelope sizes before placing your order, especially if ordering mini RSVP cards (70x110mm, 2.75x4.33 inches). No refund can be given once your stationery has been printed and dispatched, so please check before you order.

Fraudulent claims of damage, loos or non delivery will not be tolerated and immediately reported to Etsy. Threats of a poor review if an order isn't refunded in full will be deemed as blackmail/exploitation and immediately reported to Etsy.
Payment
Full payment is required before any proofing, printing or delivery is made. For a quote please get in touch to discuss your quantities, colour options & delivery costs.

Nothing is printed until you give the final go-ahead. Once proofs have been accepted by you, I cannot be held responsible for any errors after printing - so please check & double check your proofs before telling me to print.

Paypal (via Etsy), Credit & Debit Card accepted. I do not accept BACS, money transfer or personal cheques, sorry.
Delivery
All deliveries ship from the UK (ENGLAND) via Royal Mail. Proof of postage is always obtained, so if you experience any trouble with delivery please contact us asap.

- DELIVERY ADDRESS -

Please check your delivery address!

Your purchase will be dispatched to the delivery address you give to us at checkout. We cannot (are not allowed) to post your parcel to any other address given to us afterwards in a note or email as this is against Etsy & Paypal's Buyer & Seller Protection Policy. If you need your item shipped to another address your initial order will be cancelled & refunded so you may purchase again with the correct address.

- STANDARD DELIVERY -

UK: 1-3 working days after dispatch via 1st class post.

INTERNATIONAL: 5-25 working days after dispatch. Please note - International orders are sent via standard airmail. If you would like me to send your print via a tracked, speedier service then please get in touch for a quote, as this will cost considerably more!

- TRACKED & INSURED DELIVERY -

For larger wedding stationery orders with a high value and weight, parcels will be sent via Special Delivery Next Day (UK delivery), International Sign for (Europe), or Airsure (International). These methods are full insured and tracked. You will be given all tracking information once your item has been shipped.

- EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -

For items needed in a hurry (when you are outside of the UK), please contact us for a quote. Parcel Force 'Global Express' delivery available (1-3 days) starting from £65.

- LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS -

It is very rare that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, but please don't hesitate to get in touch if you fear this is the case. Please allow 14 days (UK) or 31 days (Elsewhere) from the date of dispatch before you contact us to inform us of a lost parcel.

If your purchase has been damaged during delivery, please take as many photographs as possible and contact us so we can either refund or replace your item.

- SIGN FOR DELIVERY -
Some deliveries (such as Special Delivery, Signed For, International Track & Sign and UPS delivery) may require a signature upon delivery. If your parcel is noticeably damaged on arrival please ask the courier to make a note of this on the signature area (of the tracking machine) when you are signing for it. This will ensure making a damage claim goes smoothly. If you have already signed for the parcel and discover your goods to be damaged, please get in touch asap.

If you are located outside the UK please be aware that International orders can take 1-3 weeks (longer during the holidays) to arrive depending on customs. Most orders are shipped the most economical way. If you would like to upgrade to Express mail please convo me for a shipping quote BEFORE you place your order.

- CUSTOMS FEES -

All orders shipped outside the UK may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that we cannot quote you for and that we will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. I only charge actual shipping fees. Again we will not be responsible and will not pay your duty or tax fees.

- RETURNED MAIL -
If your order is returned to me for any reason I will not be held responsible and you will be asked to repay the original shipping fees. There are several reasons a package can be returned -- please be very careful to include your proper delivery address, and make sure to arrange redelivery or collect from your local postal depot if a parcel is missed. If the postman tries to contact you or deliver your package and you do not respond or pick it up it will be returned to me and you will have to repay the original shipping fees.

- NOT RECEIVED A TRACKED/SIGNED FOR PARCEL -
If your parcel shows as 'signed for' or 'delivered' but you did not receive it please contact the company responsible for delivery immediately to file a claim. Since I am not the one actually delivering the order I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. I cannot reship or refund these lost, stolen, or misplaced orders if the parcel has been signed for. If you believe someone has fraudulently signed or taken your parcel, please contact your local police asap. I cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing parcels.
Additional policies and FAQs
DIGITAL PROOFING

Once you have purchased your stationery/custom listing, if you have supplied your wording you will receive your first digital proof within 24-72 business hours (excluding weekends, bank holidays etc.). You must supply your wording by copy & pasting your text into an Etsy message or email stnweddings [!at] gmail.com. Word Doc & excel files also accepted via email. Please don't send scans of hand written text, or an image of your wording. Please allow 24-72 working hours for any digital proof edits etc. Especially during busy periods.

Processing times: please check shop announcement (or your quote) for current processing times.

Some of our invitations may require some construction - such as those featuring twine & ribbons which are cut to length and just require you to tie them.

Recycled envelopes may vary in shade slightly, depending on the raw paper material used to create them.

All the card we use is recycled and therefore may contain flecks and sometimes tiny pieces of coloured pencil or pieces of wood. This is due to the nature of the cards creation - being made from waste paper, wood & cardboard.

RECYCLED & ECO-NATURAL CARD
Due to the rough texture, colour & untreated nature of our recycled & Eco-natural cards, print colours may appear faded, darker or lighter than your on-screen digital print proof file. We do send digital mock-ups to show you how the ink colours may appear on these cards. This is not a fault with the print or card, simply a feature of the recycled cards. If in doubt, please order a sample prior to placing an order.

TEXTURED CARD (Hammered & Linen)
Due to the nature of this textured card, which can contain pockets and bumps, ink colours may appear faded, darker or lighter than your on-screen digital print proof file. We do send digital mock-ups to show you how the ink colours may appear on these cards. This is not a fault with the print or card, simply an effect caused by the texture of the card. If in doubt, please order a sample prior to placing an order. If you want a sharper, more precise print, then please select one of our other cards (such as smooth white) available at no extra charge.

MATT WHITE INK
Our special Matt white ink isn't coated with a gloss sealant like traditional laser print. This powder white finish is intentional and used to create a rustic effect. The ink sits on top of the card and may fade if touched/rubbed too much, especially if fingers are warm or moist in anyway. Please do no handle the print too much. If in doubt, please order a sample or choose another ink colour. Only our Matt White ink has these properties.
