Please let me know your timeframe before placing your order if you are working to a tight deadline. I will do my best to help, and I fulfil all orders as quickly as I can. However, calligraphy takes longer than normal writing, and this will be reflected in the order processing time. Other factors include how many other orders I am working through, and my other commitments - unfortunately Sam’s Little Studio is not my full time job at this time!

The majority of my listings have discounts built in for larger orders, so I’m afraid further discounts not possible. I price my items as low as I possibly can, whilst also trying to account for materials and time taken. If you have had a cheaper quote elsewhere but prefer my style of calligraphy, that explains the difference in price!

I love to work with clients to design and make the items they have in mind. However, I’m not able (or willing) to just copy what another calligrapher has designed and created. If you love something on Pinterest, please contact the person who makes that item! What I can do is take inspiration from different sources and work with you to turn that into something new, so if that sounds good, please get in touch.

I offer free UK delivery on orders over £35, and free international delivery on orders over £75.

If your order has been sent via a tracked method I only have the same information that you can see via Etsy. Royal Mail has faced unprecedented demand throughout the pandemic, and there are severe delays this Christmas with about 1 in 4 of my orders being impacted. Yes, due to the time consuming nature of handwritten calligraphy there is a minimum order of 15 items. If you would like to order 15 or more tags of different styles please send me a message and I'll make you a custom listing.
