Shipping estimates vary as follows:

Standard UK courier: 3-5 business days
International standard (e.g. Europe, USA, Canada, Australia): 1-2 weeks
International tracked: 1-2 weeks

Please note that on occasion our parcels take longer to arrive at your door, due to circumstances that are out of my hands.

I cannot guarantee delivery time once an item is dispatched.

Every item in the shop has its own processing time, which is stated on each separate listing.
Once your order is placed I will complete it within the said amount of days.
Once I have created your item, I will carefully and securely package it and post it to you promptly. You will receive a dispatch notification once on its way.

I value every customer, whether they have purchased an item big or small, whether they're a fan or a superfan. You are all important to me, as you are the ones who move things on and enable me to do be creative every day!

I am passionate about looking after our planet, and so find it important to use reusable/recycled materials in my items and to reuse packaging (particularly plastics) wherever possible. I kindly ask you to reuse your packaging which you receive from me, if you can! :)

UK SHIPPING:

If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days, please contact me so I can make a claim with Royal Mail.

OUTSIDE OF UK:

Items can take a minimum of 1-2 weeks to arrive overseas, however this is not guaranteed and on occasion some items can take longer if subject to custom and/or postal delays.

If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 20 working days, please contact me so I can make a claim.

In the unfortunate event that this may occur, please contact me within 30 days of purchase so I can rectify this for you. I will not be able to provide a replacement or a refund if you contact me outside of this time frame.

If the item has been refused upon delivery due to customer fault such as providing a wrong address or failing to collect a missed parcel, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for redelivery.

Scrappy Doodles UK is currently a one woman band! Sophie manages everything from product design, manufacturing, postage, social media, communication and everything in between. :)

Every single item is made or hand finished in the UK by me, Sophie.

This business is extremely important to me and I will go above and beyond to create high quality, beautiful products for my customers.

Each gift (excludes wall decals) is hand wrapped in pretty tissue paper and stickers.

Summer 2021 has seen the introduction of recyclable packaging while still being stylish and keeping a cute aesthetic!

Please send me a message and I will provide you with a return address. It is your responsibility to pay for both the return postage as well as the repost of the correct item.

Exceptions to this would be any personalised or custom colour items i.e. wall decals in a particular colour. I do not accept returns for these.
