What kind of paper and ink do you use?
All papers and ink we used are top quality and carefully chosen because of their unique features. Our papers are long-lasting, as well as the inks we use on them.
Most of our papers are of velvety texture of 300 gr. of thickness. They are made of 100% cotton and are acid-free.
We also use some metallic papers that perfectly complement some of the designs in our shop. This type of paper offers a metallic lustre under both artificial and natural light, at the same time they create a three-dimensional effect.
How does the Literary Advent Calendar work?
Our Literary Advent Calendar, just like all other advent calendars for Christmas, consists of a box full of 24 products created just for this box that you can open since the 1st till the 24th of December.
All products in this box will be wrapped up individually so they are a surprise. The idea is to get presents every day until Christmas.
What happens if my order gets lost?
A partial refund will be applied when the order has not arrived at its destination if the failure was caused by missing or erroneous information in the postal data. It is recommended that the address is carefully checked when placing the order.
When the carrier returns a package that could not be delivered due to an error in the address provided with the customer or for not having picked it up within 15 days stipulated by the postal office, we will make a partial refund of the order. Meaning that the price of the item will be refunded excluding the shipping and return costs caused by the error.
When the loss verified by the shipping company, a full refund will be applied or we'll give you the option of free reshipment by the same means.
And what if the item is faulty or damaged?
After receiving confirmation photos sent by the customer showing the defects and problems with the item received, a full refund will be applied or we'll give you the option of free reshipment by the same means. This option only applies 24-48 after the order has been received. We cannot refund items that have been used after a long time.
