NOW CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS
I am still open for business and working on orders as normal, but due to the ongoing postal strikes I can no longer be confident that orders will reach you in time for Christmas.
Please note I cannot guarantee Postal delivery times due to ongoing strike action by Royal Mail but all orders will be sent using the Royal Mail Signed For service.
If you have any queries before placing an order, please don't hesitate to message me to ask. I aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours.
My usual turnaround times are 1-2 weeks for New Baby items and Personalised Patches and 2-3 weeks for Kids Artwork or Handwriting orders. However if you need something sooner, please do ask and I will see if I can fit you in.

Frequently asked questions
How do I send you the artwork/ handwriting?
Please send me a copy of your artwork/ handwriting as an attachment via the Contact link at the top right hand corner of my Etsy Shop (underneath my Shop Owner photograph). JPEG or BMP format please. Alternatively, you can email it to me- sewuniqueartwork@outlook.com Please quote your etsy order number in the title of the email so I can match your email to your order.
A scanned copy of the artwork will ensure the nearest match to the original drawing/handwriting but often the easiest option is to take a photograph of it on your smartphone. Please ensure the photograph is taken in good light (preferably natural daylight) and from directly above.
Can you embroider any type of drawing?
Whilst I try my best to meet customer requests, not all drawings are suitable for embroidery. There are limits on the size of embroidery suitable for each item, which I state in each listing. Ideally, original drawings should be no bigger than A4 as the largest area I can embroider on my machine is 17 x 20cm.
I can usually scale down simple drawings successfully, however more complex or very detailed drawings cannot always be embroidered successfully at the scales my machine allows. I will advise if I feel an item you have ordered is unsuitable for the drawing sent. Please feel free to ask me any questions or send me a copy of your artwork before you place an order.
What are your shipping/ delivery options?
Standard shipping for UK orders is Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery.
Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery.
Standard shipping for International orders is Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
Europe- Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery.
Worldwide- Please allow 5 - 14 working days.
Shipping Upgrades are available on request.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you are ordering the item as a gift and wish for it to be sent direct to the recipient, gift wrapping is available for a small fee when you add the item to your cart. If you select this, the gift will be wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with one of my Sew Unique Artwork stickers and placed carefully in a brown cardboard box ready for posting. I can add a handwritten gift tag to it too and will use my best handwriting to write it on your behalf. Just let me know the message you would like adding to it. Not too long please, the tags are only 5 x 8cm.
