All goods are sold subject to availability.
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch. Send an email to rogers616 [!at] btinternet.com with 'Cancel order' in the subject header and state the item(s) you wish to cancel in the body of the email.
Delivery
Items will be sent via Royal Mail. Delivery outside of the UK will be via Airmail.
We will make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as payment is received.
DELIVERY WITHIN UK
Items sent to addresses within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post meaning the due date for delivery will be within 3 working days from date of dispatch.
Once the item(s) have been dispatched, we rely heavily on Royal Mail to deliver your items. If an item is thought to be lost in post, we kindly ask you to check if your item is being held at your local Royal Mail sorting office. If they have nothing for you, we are obliged to wait 15 working days from the dispatch date until Royal Mail can initiate an investigation. Royal Mail will not accept claims from inside this 15 day period. A refund or replacement order will be sent after this outcome.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF UK
Items sent to addresses outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard airmail service. Once the item(s) have been dispatched, we rely heavily on Royal Mail to deliver your items. If an item is thought to be lost in post, we kindly ask you to check if your item is being held at your local mail sorting office. If they have nothing for you, we are obliged to wait 30 working days from the dispatch date until Royal Mail can initiate an investigation. Royal Mail will not accept claims from inside this 30 day period. A refund or replacement order will be sent after this outcome.
