About SheppArt
Catriona is a Illustrator currently studying an MA in Inclusive Arts Practice. Since being diagnosed with the condition Myalgic Encephalomyelitis the arts has helped Catriona come to terms and accept her chronic health conditions as part of her life, and through these experiences has come to the conclusion that the shame and stigma around disability needs to be addressed. Through her work she hopes to highlight how much the arts is critical in allowing self discovery and educating others; she hopes it encourages people to express and most importantly be proud of themselves.

I have painted and designed the patterns and wording artwork for the badges. A company has then used this artwork to create badges for me as I am unable due to my disabilities to make them myself. This also means in the future I am able to order in larger quantities.
