Royal Mail are having staffing issues in some areas of the UK, which is resulting in delays. We aim to dispatch orders the same day via 2nd class post, there is a 1st Class option at an additional cost if you require your order sooner.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer gift wrapping and a personalised message to be sent with orders upon request.
Do you dispatch same day?
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day. Orders placed over the Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched on the next working day (Tuesday). All orders are sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail.
Do you draw/paint pets?
Yes, we offer a Pet Portrait service, these can be ordered via our website www.shiningbrightartscraftsillustration.co.uk/ourshop We aim to complete and dispatch Pet Portraits within 7 days of ordering. If you would like more info, feel free to contact us.
Do you sell Wedding accessories?
Yes, we have a wide range of Wedding accessories and decorations which are available in the Wedding section of our Etsy Shop.
Do you sell craft supplies for card making?
Yes, we have a range of crafts supplies available including handmade card toppers, which are great for any craft projects!
Are your online craft courses available straight away once I have purchased them?
Yes, you will receive an email with the PDF which can be downloaded as soon as you purchase the course.
Can I complete the online courses at my own pace?
