Are my items made to order?
Yes, all items are made to order specifically for you when an order is placed.
Are giftwrap and personalised messages available?
Unfortunately, we do not provide giftwrap.
We do however provide personalised messages.
Can I personalise my order?
If you wish to request a personalised item, I can try to assist you with this if you send me a message.
Please be aware that my items were not intended originally to be personalised, so personalisation may not always be available.
Where does my item dispatch from?
If you live in the USA 🇺🇸 then I have your items dispatched from my fulfillment centre in North Carolina.
If you live in the UK 🇬🇧 then I have your items dispatched from my fulfillment centre in Wolverhampton.
If certain items are not available at my UK centre then it will be dispatched from Europe (usually Latvia).
