My Order Hasn't Arrived?
Order not got to you yet? No problem! If your order hasn't arrived to you within 7-days of your estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will look into this further for you. We will always try our best to get your order to you within the time frame we promise, but please be aware that we are not responsible for delays that are beyond our control.
Do You Offer Gift Wrapping Or Personalisation?
At this time, we don't offer Personalized and Custom orders or gift wrapping but this is something that we are looking to implement on certain items in the future.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Under the consumer protection act, you have the right to cancel the order you place online with us. In order to cancel an order, you must email or message us within 2 hours of placing your order so that we can process this. Any orders over the 2-hour cut of time cannot be cancelled and will be fulfilled.
Do I Get An Order Confirmation?
Once you have placed an order with us, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout from Etsy. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders and if not, you can contact Etsy's customer service team for further help.
What Happens If No One's In To Receive My Parcel?
You should receive a card through your door if no one is available to receive your parcel or it's too big to fit through your letterbox. There will be instructions on this card about where your parcel is and it will either be left with a neighbour or be sent to your local Post Office where you can retrieve it with your delivery card. If you haven't received your order, please get in contact with us and we'll look into this for you. If your parcel isn't collected within a certain number of days (this will be disclosed on the card left for you from Royal Mail) it will be sent back to the original sender and your order will be refunded for you.
Do You Accept Returns?
Under the distance selling regulations act 2014 you have the right to return items to us within 14 of you receiving them. However, this does not cover all items that we sell on our page (please contact us if you have any concerns). This is because these items are handmade products that are made to order and can not be sold to other customers. We are more than happy to refund items that arrive to you in a damaged/faulty condition and if you receive a damaged/faulty product you must contact us so that we can investigate this for you.
I Purchased A Product And It's Now In The Sale. Can I Get A Refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price you paid at the time of purchase and the sale price at the time you've viewed it at a later date.
Why Was My Discount Code Not Accepted?
Discount codes are only valid on full prices items and cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other code or promotional offer unless stated. If you are still having problems with using your code please email us or send us a message on Etsy and we'll get back to you with an answer as quickly as possible.
Are we responsible for duties, taxes and excess charges during shipping?
Unfortunately, we can not cover any import taxes or taxes that may be inflicted on your delivery during shipment. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and the costs must be paid for by you. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying and will depend on certain variables and are not always incurred.
