Please allow for longer postage due to the Easter bank holiday weekend
Please check with individual item description and delivery date. Most items are available for postage in 1-3 or 3-5 days but a few are made to order only 4-8 weeks. If in doubt just msg me. Rings are for the size listed if you require a different size please message me before hand so I can give you an estimated timeframe.
All sizes of stones and pieces are clearly listed within each listing. As stated, each piece is handmade and therefore slight variations exist.
My small business relies on reviews if you are not happy for any reason please contact me before hand to rectify rather than leaving anything negative. I always try and accommodate and help whenever I can.

Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Delivery will now only be to the UK and NIreland due to the ongoing covid situation. I do apologise for this inconvenience. Postage is always by Royal Mail Special next day delivery.

Silbr by Lesley Brown is a modern twist on simple classic jewellery.
Opening my Etsy shop in 2020 after being shut since 2013 has been exciting.
Made in my Cottage studio, I design my creations with care and love.
My jewellery is sweet, funky and elegant. Each piece is handmade from solid sterling silver and precious gemstones and comes beautifully wrapped and boxed.
If there is something you see but like the style of another piece please just contact me and we can see if we can merge the styles together..........Happy customers is my moto!!

Refunds and Exchanges
Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons
If you have any problems with your items please contact me and I will endeavour to resolve any issues.
For returns, Silbr must be notified within 3-14 days from date of purchase.
The buyer is then responsible for appropriate return shipping (Royal Mail special next day with appropriate insurance level ) within the next 14 days. Refunds will not be given out with this period.
On receipt of the item, in original condition, Silbr will refund via original payment excluding shipping charges. Refund policy is In keeping with the UK online purchasing guidelines.

Delivery
Royal Mail special next day delivery please allow 1-3 days currently due to the Covid situation and Christmas
Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail- Please allow 7-14 working days at normal times. At peak season like christmas it is 14 working days. Please order early for christmas. Please be aware airmail can take between 1-6 weeks. I aim to post all items within 3 working days.
TRACKING / INSURANCE
Postage is by Royal Mail special next day delivery within the UK or Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail outside of the UK (this can range from 1-6 weeks). All services used will be tracked to the point of delivery.
Outside the Uk for faster delivery please contact me for Fedex services. These will require further p&p costs.
