To UK addresses:
My jewellery is posted from the UK via Second Class post with proof of postage. I offer free postage on my polymer clay jewellery but silver jewellery postage costs can be found on each item. Silver jewellery is posted using Second Class Recorded delivery. If you would like to upgrade your postage for any reason please get in touch.

To International addresses:
International orders are sent via International Airmail with proof of postage. This can be upgraded to 'international signed for' - prices on enquiry. Most orders are made and dispatched within about a week but please take note of the making time specified in my shop listings and add at least two weeks onto this for international parcels (especially if your order is a gift required for a certain date).

Items sent via 'Special Delivery' or 'International Signed-for' are trackable whilst in the UK and include insurance but please note that Standard Airmail and UK recorded delivery do not include insurance – they simply provide proof of postage.

I provide clear pictures to allow you to see my designs, but please bear in mind that they are taken in close up. Please pay close attention to the measurements provided for a true idea of size.

Photos taken are often the actual item you will receive, or what I deem to be a clear representation of the product. However, each of my pieces are handmade – no machines here! So please bear in mind that there may be very tiny differences between pieces.

All my jewellery is sent beautifully gift boxed with tissue paper for protection – perfect to give directly as a present.
