A New Start...

Hey everyone!

I'm Cat from near London in the UK! I decided to open an Etsy shop as I love being creative and want to turn my passion into a career. I have worked three different jobs since leaving school, including operating rides in a theme park, counting cash in a cash office, and even working a night shift in a super market, but did not fall in love with any of them! So I am hoping this will make me happy!

I've always loved all kinds of jewellery, but earrings have always been my favourite. I love how they can completely change an outfit, and how personal you can make them if you are giving them to a special someone as a gift.

I hope you will find something you love in my shop, I am working on adding new designs every week so please come back to SleepySeagull soon!

Welcome to SleepySeagull! I hand make all of these earrings and key rings here in the UK, and I ship them to anywhere in the world!

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Please if you have any problems with your order.
If your items arrive and there is something wrong, such as damage or an incorrect order, then please don't hesitate to contact me, I am more than happy to resend or refund orders when something isn't right. Unfortunately once an item has been sent, I cannot refund due to customers simply changing their minds, as I will not be able to resell earrings due to hygiene reasons. If you change your mind before your order is shipped, then I can cancel and refund the order.
Please pay as soon as you order via Direct Checkout, PayPal, or with an Etsy gift card. Items will not be shipped until full payment has been made.

Please note that some countries may charge duty, import charges and taxes, all international customers are responsible for paying these fees.

All postage to the UK is sent by Royal Mail first class post, it usually takes 1 - 2 business days for your items to arrive once shipped. If you wish to upgrade to tracked and signed post, there is an option to do so. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure your address here on Etsy is 100% correct, complete, and up to date, or your order may not reach you.


To make shipping as affordable as possible, all postage to anywhere outside of the UK is sent via Royal Mail economy delivery, this does not include tracking information. If you would like to be able to track your package, then please upgrade your shipping to tracked before checkout. Please note that you will need to sign for your package on arrival if you want to track it on its journey to you.

Please allow 1 to 6 weeks for delivery to anywhere outside the UK, most packages I send tend to take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive, however, during the Winter and the Christmas holidays especially, the post slows down a lot and it can take anywhere up to 6 weeks for packages to arrive, this does not include jewellery creation time (usually 1 to 5 business days).

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure your address here on Etsy is 100% correct, complete, and up to date, or your order may not reach you.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
· Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
